Emmanuel NDAKAZA serves Jali Real Estate ltd as as Managing Director, before joining this position he was Director of Finance of Jali Investment , he was serves Jali Investment as Director of Finance and Administration, Managing Director of Jali Transport LTD, Chief of Operation Officer and Chief Investment Officer of Jali Investment .
Mr. Emmanuel from 2015-march 2018 worked as Director of Equity Investments at Rwanda Social Security Board closely with other managers in the management of equity investments including but not limited to ; identifying investment opportunities ; assessing investment offers ; drafting business plans ; valuing equity investments ; monitoring the performance of existing investments and advising on strategy.
Mr. Emmanuel from 2012-June 2015 worked as Investment Analyst at Rwanda Social Security Board where he was responsible of Investment analysis of projects and companies including but not limited to sector analysis, financial modeling, equity valuation and appraisal, commercial real estate appraisal and other investments appraisal.
Mr. Emmanuel has master’s degree in commerce (economics) from the University of Kwazulu Natal and a Bachelor’s degree in economics (Money and Banking) from the National University of Rwanda. He is a Certified Financial Analysis Specialist (FASC) and is also currently doing master’s degree in finance and investments.
Ignatius NTAGANIRA , Human Resources & Administration Officer
NTAGANIRA Ignatius Serves Jali real Estates Ltd as Human Resource and Administration officer, He is responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices for JRE Ltd.
Mr. Ntaganira has an experience in planning Monitoring and evaluation of projects, Management of field teams whereby he provided guidance, instruction, direction and leadership to the employees, mobilization of projects team leaders (CMS -Community Mobilisation Specialists), able to mobilise beneficiaries to form Cooperatives and build their capacity in cooperative management and business planning, has experience in Assess performance of Employee’s to ensure effectiveness in order to achieve quarterly and annually targets of projects, Has also experience in Business plan development support to cooperative’s projects , he has an experience in Physical monitoring of each and every Cooperative’ s Income Generating Activity to assess their performance, identify areas of support and advise accordingly, offering Technical support in book keeping and records management.
Mr. NtaganiraHas also experience in conducting large scale surveys Example Financial inclusion Rwanda 2015.Experience in using tablets AFR (Access to finance Rwanda 2017) have an experience in using tablets for the data record, I participated in data correction from various Usaccos (Umurenge Sacco’s) from Eastern Province Financed by AFR where I used tablets for making survey.
Mr. Ntaganira is a holder Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) Finance from University of Lay Adventists of Kigali.
HABIMANA Emmanuel is Accountant Officer of Jali Real Estate Ltd, he joined Jali Real Estate in 2018 having served in the private Sector for over 3 years in different capacities. A proficient with a broad knowledge of a wide range in financial management, strategic planning, budgeting, accounting, designing internal controls as well as financial reporting for decision making. Prior to joining Jali Real Estate, Emmanuel was Accountant Officer at Rwanda Federation of Transport Cooperatives (RFTC) and Tax Officer at HUYE District where he was responsible for preparation of financial statements, Management accounts, Tax reporting and budget preparation, control and overseeing other reports.
He also worked at International Team of Auditors (ITAU AUDITORS) where he participated actively in the Audit Planning (including setting of materiality and sampling of transactions), Drafting of the financial statements and Audit of personnel and payroll. Field work in terms of meeting the client for clarifications., Assisting in compilation of audit file, reporting audit findings and forming audit opinion and Audit of expenses and incomes, goods and services.
Mr. Emmanuel is responsible for analyzing financial information and oversees the preparation of financial statements and other reports to summarize the Jali real Estate’s financial position. He Develops, implements and reviews the Jali Real Estate’s internal controls and financial procedures to ensure efficient management and preservation of the Jali Real Estate ’s assets.
Mr. Emmanuel holds a Masters in Project Management in university of Kigali and hold Bachelor in Accounting Science at CBE-GIKONDO CAMPUS (Former SFB) and he is a Certified Public Accountant (ICPAR).
